California Adopt-a-Pet Day

California Adopt-a-Pet Day is this Saturday and Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center is one of more than 150 shelters across that state participating in this special campaign to help pets find their forever homes! And the ASPCA, in partnership with CalAnimals, is paying your adoption fees to raise awareness of shelter pets and make pet adoptions more affordable!
This event takes place on June 7th from 11 AM – 5 PM.
Featured here is Crayola, a 3 month old shepherd mix who has lots of adorable puppy energy and absolutely adores her tennis balls!
All of their pets are already spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. And when you adopt, your pet will go home with a collar, engraved ID tag, and a free vet visit! Applications are accepted in-person only on a first-come, first-served basis.
