snow-capped Sierra in the background, rows of blossoming
fruit trees and vineyards, a rich variety of architectural
styles, and great weather, Clovis has much to offer film
and video makers. |
The
inventory of building styles includes turn-of-the-century in
Old Town Clovis to mid-century and modern elsewhere throughout
the community. In addition to a bounty of agricultural locations,
scenic lakes and hiking trails are nearby. And of course, the
wonders of Yosemite and Sequoia National parks are within an
easy drive.

always sunny skies and temperatures that can’t be beat
make for fine filming conditions. Access to Los Angeles is
a snap with direct flights from next-door Fresno Yosemite International
Airport.
A bounty of festivals, outdoor events and other family activities
round out the picture.
